Delivery Partners
For UK deliveries, we use the UK's most trusted postal service - the RoyalMailTM and DPD. For international destinations we prefer using FedEX where available.
Normal regular deliveries within the UK are FREE.
Special delivery service is chargeable as mentioned below.
UK - NEXT Day Delivery
A guaranteed next day delivery is available within the UK for in-stock products only.
Note: The feature does not include Saturdays & Sundays delivery, it only refers to the Next working day delivery.
The order must be placed before 1 PM for a Next day delivery. All the orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
In a special case, if you may require a delivery on Saturday or urgently, please feel free to call our customer care to see if this is available in your area and if we can get this done for you on a PRIORITY Shipping Method.

Return Policy
Faulty or
Damaged items
In the
unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, we are happy to
collect the item and either replace the item from you or refund you in full. In
some cases, we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of
course refund any extra postage costs to you.
Distance
Selling Regulations – Unwanted items
Customers are
welcome to return unwanted items to us within 14 working days. Customers must
notify us by email within 14 working days of receiving the item. Please note
that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items.
Unwanted
Items – returning outside of 14 days
Please be
advised that the following charges will apply if you wish to return your goods
if no longer required or the wrong item ordered outside of the 14 day returns
period;

Unfortunately,
we are not able to process or accept returns in person. We are located on
private land which does not permit admittance unless authorised by the land
owner. All returns must be authorised prior to being arranged and must be
returned via courier and any attempts to return a parcel in person will
regrettably be refused.
